Higher Education Overview of National Student Trends
Indiana Statewide Affordable Housing County Assessment Tool
Included in this overview are demographic data for each county, as well as information about apartment communities VWB Research has surveyed and other properties that have been identified through the IHDCA Tax Credit allocation list. The intent of this information is to provide a snapshot look at the existing properties within the state. Both affordable housing properties and market-rate properties have been included to show our broad coverage of the state.

Virginia Apartment Research Tool
The Virginia Apartment Research Tool provides a brief snapshot of the affordable housing market in each county and independent city. This valuable tool includes:

- Coverage maps of all Tax Credit and government subsidized properties

Kentucky Apartment Research Tool
K.A.R.T. - The Kentucky Affordable Housing Assessment Tool provides a brief snapshot of the affordable housing market in each county. This valuable tool includes:
- Countywide demographic information
- Information on properties that received Tax Credit allocation
- Property information from VWB Research’s extensive database
- Coverage maps of all Tax Credit properties and all properties from our database
- Demographic theme maps
The Ohio Senior Research Tool provides demographic information of each county, number of assisted-living and nursing care facilities, and ranks each county by number of senior assisted-living and nursing care facilities. It is a companion to the PowerPoint presentation, Looking into the Future of Assisted-living, given to the Ohio Assisted Living Association by Nancy Patzer and Robert Vogt. The South Carolina Apartment Research Tool
From March to October 2008, VWB Research surveyed a variety of rental housing alternatives throughout South Carolina. These rentals ranged from single-family homes to large multifamily projects. Each of South Carolina’s 46 counties is represented in this survey. Overall, we surveyed 1,473 properties with a total of 142,485 units. VWB Research representatives surveyed these properties through a combination of telephone calls and on-site inspections.
It is important to note that this survey does not include all rental properties in the state. However, based on our research, this statewide survey includes approximately 75.0% of all published properties in South Carolina. Therefore, the survey is considered representative of housing market conditions in the state.
