VWB Research (AKA Vogt Williams & Bowen) appeared in the Dayton Daily News newspaper, Thursday, May 8, 2008 in an article titled Downtown Housing Potential to be Studied.
VWB Research is providing the Dayton City Commission with a downtown housing market study to determine support for condominium housing in downtown Dayton, including Ballpark Village. The proposed Ballpark Village is a $230 million mixed-use development with retail, office, and housing components. VWB Research will recommend the optimum number of units, condominium styles, and income levels of multiple scenarios needed to support a successful development.
