Columbus Business First cites Rob Vogt in the article “Developers holding off on condo projects until market recovers”, which discusses the downtown condominium market in Columbus, Ohio.

The downtown condominium market has slowed and finding initial buyers has become difficult.  A VWB Research market study revealed that half of completed units are unsold and most developers are unwilling to build new product.

“There is considerable interest in downtown. It’s just that these current economic conditions have certainly put a stranglehold on being able to sell these things,” said Rob Vogt, partner with VWB Research LLC.
