VWB Research has partnered with Arch City Development to provide the type of retail and other commercial analysis clients have come to expect from VWB Research.

VWB Research already provides market feasibility studies to outline the market conditions and demand for additional commercial development within an area.  Our studies provide guidance for optimal square footage, rents, and types of commercial product that would best serve the needs of the area. A partnership with Arch City Development will take our analysis further to assist our clients. 

Brian Higgins, Principal of Arch City Development, has over 12 years of experience in making a commercial and housing development opportunities a reality.  He specializes in developing strategies to finance new construction and/or renovation projects and relationship building with potential commercial occupants.

The VWB Research/Arch City Development partnership will provide our clients with development strategies beginning with planning and feasibility through financing and occupant retention.
